My gum are constantly bleeding what is the cause ?

There are several possible causes of bleeding gums. Some of the most common include:

1.)Poor dental hygiene: If you do not brush and floss regularly, plaque can build up on your teeth and cause your gums to become inflamed and bleed.

2.)Gum disease: Gum disease, also known as periodontal disease, is an infection of the gums that can cause them to become swollen, red, and prone to bleeding.

3.)Hormonal changes: Hormonal changes, such as those that occur during pregnancy or menopause, can cause your gums to become more sensitive and prone to bleeding.

4.)Brushing too hard: Brushing your teeth too hard or with a toothbrush that has hard bristles can irritate your gums and cause them to bleed.

5.)Certain medications: Some medications, such as blood thinners, can cause your gums to bleed more easily.

If you are experiencing bleeding gums on a regular basis, it is important to see a dentist or a dental hygienist to determine the cause and receive appropriate treatment.

The common problem for adults during brushing their teeth is bleeding. When you start brushing your teeth you begin to wonder why my gum easily bleed so often this is because of gum problem. The solution is to go to professional dentist and ask for the medication that needs to be done in order your gum problem will be healed.

During the time assessment the dental hygienist will remove the plaque and tartar (plaque that builds up and hardens on the tooth surface and can only be removed with professional cleaning) If the dentist find a signs of your gum disease. The dental cleanings are not a treatment for active gum disease. They are just a preventive measure that can help you stave off its development stage.

Scaling and root planing. This is a deep-cleaning, nonsurgical procedure, done under a local anesthetic. Smoothing the rough spots removes bacteria and provides a clean surface for the gums to reattach to the teeth. Scaling and root planing is done if your dentist determines that you have plaque called tartar under the gums that must be removed.

What is  Soft tissue grafts ?

A soft tissue graft is a surgical procedure in which a piece of tissue is taken from one area of the mouth and used to cover or replace damaged or missing tissue in another area of the mouth. There are several types of soft tissue grafts that may be used for different purposes, including:

Gingival grafts: Gingival grafts are used to repair or rebuild the gum tissue around the teeth. This type of graft may be used to cover exposed tooth roots, reduce gum recession, or improve the appearance of the gums.

Palatal grafts: Palatal grafts involve taking a piece of tissue from the roof of the mouth (the palate) and using it to repair or rebuild gum tissue. This type of graft may be used to cover exposed tooth roots or improve the appearance of the gums.

Connective tissue grafts: Connective tissue grafts involve taking a piece of tissue from under the gum line and using it to repair or rebuild gum tissue. This type of graft may be used to cover exposed tooth roots or improve the appearance of the gums.

Soft tissue grafts are usually performed by a periodontist, a specialist in the treatment of gum disease and the supporting structures of the teeth. The procedure is typically done in a dental office, and local anesthesia is used to numb the area being treated.
